Artificial Intelligence has been a hot topic for a while now, leaving it’s mark on all kinds of industries. It’s no surprise it’s also doing great in the sector space, where the need for an AI is fuelled by the large amounts of EO data that needs interpretation after being collected and processed. An AI needs to be fed to learn. So, here we are, ready to launch spoons full of space data in its direction.
SBIC Noordwijk community partner Knowco will host its last Emotional Intelligence workshop, and it is linking it to Artificial Intelligence. In a workshop on October 30, psychologist Celia Avila-Rauch and Knowco founder Jara Pascual will explain how principles in Emotional Intelligence can be used in the service design process to develop a better AI, giving its users a more positive and human experience.
