The investing landscape for startups has been changing over the last year, leading to an increased focus on financial feasibility, capital efficiency and sound unit economics. This workshop is focused on startups that want to understand how to build a solid financial plan (both for internal use and for investors/other stakeholders), have a better grip on their financial performance, and want to gain new insights into their business.

Finance workshop for space startups

This masterclass on 30 November is from 14:00 to 16:00 at SBIC Noordwijk and will be led by Yori May of torq.partners. The workshop will focus on the following:

  • Startup modeling: using the “financial big three” (growth, profitability, cash)
  • Cash flow: tools, strategies and tips for managing cashflow and extending runway
  • Fundraising: how to prepare financially and what the key elements to have sorted
  • Key performance indicators: which are the most important for a growing business and how to embed them into daily processes.
