Event Spaces, Atrium and Spark Hub: Book Now!
Don’t delay in booking the SBIC facilities or planning a visit to find out about the NL Space Campus. Read on for pricing. Lunch is available on the premises only during certain events.

Spaces Available
Meeting Space 01
A big meeting room where you can have your meeting with up to 30 persons. Located on the ground floor. Ideal for large meetings, presentations or workshops. Book via Skedda
Meeting Space 02
Our small meeting room for up to 4 persons, located on the first floor. Ideal for small team meetings and undisturbed videocalls. Book via Skedda
Meeting Space 03, aka the Media Room
Our most extensive meeting room with an inspiring view over the NL Space Campus. An online, offline or hybrid meeting space, live stream space and video recording studio in one. Ideal for international and/or remote working teams, long meetings, offical gatherings and brainstorm sessions. Book via Skedda
Meeting Space 04
Our main event space for maximum 90 persons, located on the first floor. Ideal for larger meetings, technical conference sessions, workshops and more. Furniture, audio curtains and stage included; optional extras include sound system and screen displays. A separate conference room accessed from inside Meeting Space 04 is also available (classed as MS04 small in Skedda). Book via Skedda

Meeting Space 05 at SBIC II
Large meeting room with conference table and chairs. Additional info and booking options via Skedda will be coming soon.

FabLab at SBIC II
The SBIC Fabrication Laboratory – aka FabLab – has relocated to the SBIC II building. A co-working space for prototype building is equipped with tools and furniture. Flex and permanent desks options available. Additional info and booking options via Skedda will be coming soon.

Additional Spaces
Atrium, at the centre of it all
Large open space with the eye-catching weather satellite and glass roof. This space can be highly customised and divided in sections thanks to our professional curtain system. Ideal for drinks, multiple presentations or a mid-sized stage event.

Spark Hub, the entrepreneurship space
Upstairs in the ESA BIC co-working space, there is a place to meet with the ESA commercialisation team and SBIC partners. Its full title is “Spark Hub: Centre for Space Entrepreneurship and Commercialisation.” View photos of the opening here and the ESA report here. Extra opening hours
Before 09:00 and after 17:00, additional €35 per hour.
Technical support
Technical support can be requested by SBIC Noordwijk, price not included.
Catering (for min. 5 persons)
- Lunch package: starting from €16.50 per person
- Drinks package (soft drinks and/or alcohol) starting from €9.95 per person
Terms & Conditions
- All prices are VAT excluded.
- Reservations need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
- All reservations and services have a 5 day cancellation notice. Otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.
- To book a meeting space, we invite you to have an initial introduction with our team to discuss your requirements.
