This workshop is focused on startups that want to understand how to build a solid financial plan (both for internal use and for investors/other stakeholders), have a better grip on their financial performance, and want to gain new insights into their business.
Finance workshop for space startups
This masterclass on 30 November is from 14:00 to 16:00 at SBIC Noordwijk and will be led by Yori May of torq.partners. The workshop will focus on the following:
- Startup modeling: using the “financial big three” (growth, profitability, cash)
- Cash flow: tools, strategies and tips for managing cashflow and extending runway
- Fundraising: how to prepare financially and what the key elements to have sorted
- Key performance indicators: which are the most important for a growing business and how to embed them into daily processes.
